Highly competent service, easy to book your car in and almost without exception all jobs done on the day.
Fast, efficient service as usual. I only had a wing mirror replaced yet my car still had a full valet service before being handed back.
Crossflags staff are always very friendly and helpful. I chose Crossflags because the franchise is not too large. When I go there, people know who I am and always are happy to help. Only negative is that it always takes longer than expected.
Even though I am driving an old BMW and this visit was just for a MOT and airbag recall the staff still treat you like their most valued customer. Provided a driver to take us into town and picked us up. The valeting car wash was also excellent.

I gave this score because my original question regarding a new download for my car could not be answered. As it turns out it was for bluetooth services.
Overall very satisfied although there is an outstanding issue over uneven wear on the Pirelli tyres
I travel 140 miles round trip, as the dealership I bought the car from let me down as I was missold the vehicle, I was not told it was an ex hire car, but the service from Crossflags is first class, and makes the journey worthwhile.
The lady clearly understood the issue I had and booked me in next day to have it checked, just bringing forward my service by 3 days.The same lady (Mrs Hastings) spoke to me on the telephone and also booked the car in. Excellent service.

I am continually impressed by the level of personal service I receive at Crossflags, in particular from Haig Cloy, the salesman with whom I have dealt for the last 15 years, and with Ian Galashan, the excellent service manager.
I was offered a free Autumn health check. This coincided with a programme update, which was convenient. All went to plan and car was cleaned too.
Excellent Customer Service provided. Car uplifted and returned on time.
Booked in for a winter safety check and filled the empty screen wash bottle with water only. No screen wash.
