Right from the start the service was highly professional. The girls at front of service are fantastic and give you all the information required. Car is returned in showroom style. Nothing is a problem. Excellent.
Work was to a top notch standard, only thing was i wasnt told my car would take three days to complete- so thankfully i opted for the courtesy car or i would be unable to travel to work

I was offered a free Autumn health check. This coincided with a programme update, which was convenient. All went to plan and car was cleaned too.

Once again Crossflags came to my rescue. I had a bad water leak in the car passenger door. Crossflags fixed the problem straight away where as my local garage (Fairbairn) were going to take more than 2 weeks just to assess the problem.
Friendly accommodating staff. Served with a smile and delivered exactly what they said they would and cheaper than quoted. The car was also cleaned and vaccumed which was great as it needed it.
See above answer, sky high costs for minor service. When we bought the car we considered an inclusive service option. We asked the salesman the costs of minor and major services. The prices we were given were less than half of that charged.
